Nvidia’s LTE Enabled Shield tablet has had an update pushed to it, beginning yesterday. As the details for many of what the update addresses are vague, there is a specific one that it also addresses, for the reason that it patches the bug referred to as Stagefright.

Beyond that, NVIDIA mentions stability and gratifaction updates, optimizations, fixes, battery performance, along with a firmware update for that controller. In my opinion, I noticed it would freeze occasionally, while not in use, thus forcing a reboot to get it up and running again.

If that’s the stability issue being addressed, I welcome the update for that alone, to state nothing of more battery. Irrrve never saw any difficulties with the controller, so hopefully it’ll stay that way.?
