After an early release of its new flagship processor, the Exynos 2100, Samsung has finally officially unveiled its long-expected Galaxy S21 series. Despite being comprehensive and pre-released, the series is still very appealing, as it is the first Galaxy S to support the S Pen stylus, and finally supports 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.

Of course, Samsung has divided the Galaxy S21 series into three different models: the Galaxy S21, the Galaxy S21+, and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. The Galaxy S21 series is much more polished than the previous models, and any of the features we’re talking about are only available on the flagship Galaxy S21 Ultra. According to the routine management, here I am informed the specific hardware configuration of Galaxy S21 series and the main specifications of the selling points:

It must be said that Samsung’s styling is “fresh and unworldly,” with the entire Galaxy S21 series using what the company calls its signature contort-cut camera casing. Samsung says the design, with its distinctive logo and seamless integration into the metal frame, is a bold new style. Although the initial exposure was really challenging, through the AG glass workmanship, exquisite workmanship and special color scheme, it was really special and pleasing to the eye. It is mainly compared with the its peers…

Samsung seems to be particularly proud of the Galaxy S21’s bodywork, which includes Corning Gorilla Victus glass and the new AL7S10 metal frame. The other three models are all IP68 water and dust resistant. The lowest-pitched Galaxy S21 is a bit different, though, thanks to its so-called “Glastic” back cover, which is essentially a glass plastic one…

Perhaps because of the new material, but also directly related to the screen size and the capacity of the built-in battery, the average weight of the Galaxy S21 series is quite noticeable. Even without the 2K resolution and replace the back cover. No, the most accessible Galaxy S21 also weighs 0.37lbs. The Galaxy S21+, which has a larger screen and battery capacity, broke the 200GB mark straight away, and the flagship Galaxy S21 Ultra hit 0.5lbs, but it’s a flop.

After all, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is the real flagship, and it’s pretty impressive. Samsung also claims that the model’s Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen is the smartest screen yet, as the 6.8-inch screen has both a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, so you don’t have to choose between two. Wait, it was Samsung and you gave us a choice!

The screen’s maximum brightness is 1500nit and contrast is increased by 50%, making it easier to use outdoors. Crucially, the S Pen is much more playable, but it costs extra to own and can only be stored in a specially designed case.

As for the most worth talking about, or photo. As the top-rated Galaxy S21 Ultra, Samsung is naturally continuing to pile up material. The main camera is powered by Samsung’s new 108-megapixel sensor, which should perform better after being tweaked to the Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series.

The other three cameras are a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera, a 3x telephoto equivalent camera, and a 10x telephoto equivalent camera, bringing the Galaxy S21 Ultra’s maximum zoom to a 100x digital zoom.

Samsung also highlighted the OIS optical stabilization and Dual Pixel features in both telephoto cameras, which give the Galaxy S21 Ultra excellent sharpness when shooting at zoom.

In terms of video, Samsung says the Galaxy S21 Ultra can shoot 4K 60fps video using a total of four front and rear cameras, 12bit RAW, and 8K resolution video. And thanks to a new generation of chips and sensors, the Galaxy S21 Ultra can take 8K video as well as output 8K photos in real time.

As for the Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21, both have rear three cameras, and they remain at the same level as the previous generation. Even the parameters have not changed, so I won’t go into details.

Along with the Galaxy S21 series, the long-expected Galaxy Buds Pro finally supports the active noise reduction of real wireless headphones. The styling design is nothing special, similar to Galaxy Buds, but the battery case is similar to Galaxy Buds Live, a little Mix. The headset is only 0.01lbs, the charging case is 0.09lbs, and the battery life is 5 hours when the noise reduction is on, 18 hours when the battery case is on, and 8 hours and 28 hours when the noise reduction is off.

Samsung says the device has three built-in Mics and integrated new windshield technology to reduce background noise and wind noise and ensure good calls. Interestingly, the device also detects when the user is speaking and automatically pauses the music and switches to ambient sounds, which makes the experience sound good.
